March 18, 2010 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #16 Item Title C-17 Special Pupil Requests - 2010-2011; 2010/11 Non-Resident Admissions Guidelines - 2010-2011 Issue/Rationale To provide guidelines for Special Pupil Requests (Clay County residents requesting a school other than the zoned school).  Also included are the guidelines for non-residents of Clay County to enroll their students in KHE if the parents establish a business in Keystone Heights.  This exception is intended to encourage the development of business in the small, isolated city that supports 3 public schools (KHE, KHHS, MRE). Recommended Action Approve the 2010/11 Special Pupil Requests; 2010/11 Non-Resident Admissions Guidelines as submitted.
